Menopause Support

  • Claim your wise power

Menopause holds the key to your deepest, wisest power. It’s the Great Awakener in your life. Menopause is an immense process in your life, a sacred initiation and one of the most significant rites of passage you’ll experience.

Welcome, woman at the edge of two worlds.

You are voyaging through the gateway between two worlds, the world of the first half of your life, which you now are being called to examine, clear out, and grieve for in preparation for the second half of your life, the world you are being initiated into.

You’re going to change. Change is inevitable. No part of your life will miss being touched by the searingly powerful fires of this initiation.

You are crowning yourself as Queen of your life, seating yourself on the throne of your sovereignty, purpose, and power.

We’ve lost the connection with wise elder women who teach us the sacred and powerful ways of this important passage of our lives, giving us something to look forward to. Until now. We don’t have to live by this narrative our society gives us. There is another way.

It’s possible to have a vibrant, restful menopause, even if the cultural narrative strongly tells us differently.

Menopause Mentorship

Menopause is not an ending—it is an initiation into your deepest power.

I’m a certified Red School menstruality mentor who can compassionately guide you through menopause as a sacred transition—one that is rich with wisdom, transformation, and renewal.

A transition and identity you claim for yourself.

Drawing from menopause wisdom and Ayurvedic principles, I offer support to help you navigate this profound life passage with confidence, self-trust, and vitality.

Menopause as a rite of passage

Menopause is more than a biological shift—it is a spiritual, emotional, and physical transformation that calls you into a new way of being. Menopause is the culmination of your menstrual cycle journey, ushering in a phase of deep inner knowing, personal power, and radical self-expression.

This is a time to release old patterns, reclaim your voice, and step fully into your wisdom years.

But in a world that often misunderstands menopause, this transition can feel isolating or overwhelming. You do not have to navigate it alone.

How I support you

Through 1:1 coaching, group programs, and personalized guidance, I help you:

🌿 Understand the menopausal transition: Learn the five phases of the menopause initiation and how to navigate them with grace.

🌙 Balance symptoms naturally: Support hot flashes, fatigue, anxiety, and brain fog with Ayurvedic wisdom, herbs, and lifestyle shifts.

🔥 Honor your menopause initiation: Create rituals and sacred practices to embrace this life passage with meaning and intention.

💫 Redefine your identity & purpose: Step into your Wise years with confidence, self-trust, and clarity.

🌀 Heal your relationship with aging: Release cultural conditioning and embrace menopause as a time of power, not decline.

This is for you if…

✅ You feel lost, disconnected, or overwhelmed by the changes of menopause.

✅ You want to support your body naturally through Ayurvedic self-care, herbs, and holistic practices.

✅ You are seeking a deeper, more spiritual understanding of menopause beyond just symptom management.

✅ You are ready to embrace this transition as a rite of passage, not just a biological event.

Work With Me

Menopause is an invitation to step into your wisdom, claim your sovereignty, and live in alignment with your truth. Let’s work together to make this transition one of empowerment, balance, and deep self-knowing.

Let's redefine menopause

Let's redefine menopause

In our current, modern definition, “menopause” literally means the stopping of our menstruation. Yet that’s not nearly a big or imaginative enough word to describe what it is at its heart: an extraordinary transition into our wise years, our deepest spiritual power, a rooting into our deepest belonging with ourselves, and stepping into our most potent purpose and authority.

  • I attended the menopause retreat by Jeni Enns. This is the second time the Forest has saved my life in as many months. Each time I have limped in entirely broken and hopeless. Each time I have been welcomed in and offered solace, succor, warm hospitality and genuine human kindness. I am so grateful for you. Thank you for holding safe and sacred space for people like me. Thank you for doing this work.

  • Every detail of the retreat felt intentional, and Jeni's enthusiasm overflowed throughout this retreat (truly contagious). The Bede center was transformed into a sacred space for us to gather, learn, and share. Jeni's authenticity and transparent disclosure of her own journey invited others to show up authentically/vulnerably (and this vulnerability was present in the very first sharing circle).

  • I learned more about menopause this weekend than I ever had. I appreciated the honest conversations with a fantastic group of understanding women going through the same physical changes.

  • The retreat was so nourishing and eye-opening. Through it I came to understand that I am not alone in my experiences, that there is a framework for navigating this time of life with greater perspective and skillfulness, and that I do have sacred gifts to offer and a sacred duty of care to uphold. It was grounding, empowering, connecting, and inspiring. I am so grateful for the teaching and for the friends I made while there.

  • Osage Forest of Peace is a magical place, and the retreats offered here are well worth the time, effort, financial investment, and participation. In the Rites of Passage retreat (initiating into perimenopause/menopause), not a single detail was missed. This retreat was a wonderful, connected, empowering experience. Jeni was a terrific guide, offering a wealth of wisdom, enthusiasm, modeled vulnerability, and passion. Thank you so very much for creating this space and for responding to the inner call with a willing “yes.”
